Dotting I’s, Crossing T’s was
founded by Walter J. Hayes, Jr., Esq., an attorney with over 10 years
experience in the practice of law. As a litigator and business attorney, he saw
the most common mistakes made by businesses and the devastating impact it had
on the owners and employees. “People would lose their jobs because the company
couldn’t afford the damages assessed by the courts,” Hayes said. “And the shame
was, many times, these companies could have avoided the legal trouble if
someone had taken the time to review the business and its plan to point out the
flaws before trouble hit. It really was the case that, from a legal stand
point, someone needed to dot the i’s and cross the t’s.”
